They did a great job! They were very quick to come and provide a bid. I absolutely love that they are like a "One Stop Shop." Work included termite, wood siding repair, replace a sliding door, rebuild two decks, landscaping, and stucco repair.

We used Velarde Builders to expand our backyard patio concrete deck by 500 sf. Due to this being a "smaller" job, we got very few answers to requests for bids and when we did, it was a very unprofessional bid. However, Ramon Velarde provided a professional bid with drawings/pictures and full scope of work with a progress payment schedule. Their workmanship was excellent and their workers were courteous.
