This was quite an experience from day 1, one that I will never forget due to the gratitude I feel towards Ramon Velarde and the great crew for their expertise, kindness, and above all exemplary professionalism.

We used Velarde Builders to expand our backyard patio concrete deck by 500 sf. Due to this being a "smaller" job, we got very few answers to requests for bids and when we did, it was a very unprofessional bid. However, Ramon Velarde provided a professional bid with drawings/pictures and full scope of work with a progress payment schedule. Their workmanship was excellent and their workers were courteous. They cleaned up after each day and were prompt. I highly recommend Velarde Builders.
