Due to this being a "smaller" job, we got very few answers to requests for bids and when we did, it was a very unprofessional bid. However, Ramon Velarde provided a professional bid with drawings/pictures and full scope of work with a progress payment schedule. Their workmanship was excellent and their workers were courteous.
